We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PupScrub If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Condition of Items:

    • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  2. Return Process:

    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method, and retain proof of postage.

  3. Return Shipping:

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
